These universities provide scholarship/grant money to cover all tuition and fees to qualifying students. Students must be admitted to the university first. To apply, submit the FAFSA by March 1. Click on the tuition promise program of the school for more details.

Angelo State University- Blue and Gold Guarantee- for students with an annual family income less than $40,000

Sam Houston State University- Bearkat Promise- forstudents with an annual income less than $25,000

Stephen F. Austin - Purple Promise - for students with an annual family income less than $30,000

Tarleton State University- Texan Tuition Guarantee- for students with an annual family income less than $30,000

Texas A&M Commerce University- Pride Promise-for students with an annual family income less than $30,000

Texas A&M University - Aggie Assurance - covers tuition for students with an annual family income less than $60,000.
